How do I join Hoomio Rewards?
Create a Hoomio account or sign in to get started. Joining is free.
How do I earn points?
Earn points when you shop and complete the activities listed in your rewards account. Sign in to see all the ways to earn.
How do I check my points?
Sign in using the same email address you used for your orders. Your points balance and available rewards will appear in your Hoomio Rewards account.
How do I use my points?
Open your rewards account, choose an available reward, and follow the instructions to redeem it. Any minimum spend or exclusions will be shown with the reward.
How do referrals work?
Share your personal referral link with a friend who’s new to Hoomio. They can follow the link to claim their offer, and you’ll earn your referral reward after their first qualifying purchase is approved.
Can I combine a reward with another discount?
Reward codes cannot be combined with other discount codes. Choose the offer that works best for your order.
What happens to my points after a return?
If an order is returned or cancelled, the points earned from that purchase will be adjusted to reflect the final order value.
