Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.

Some pieces may be prepared in small batches or specially sourced upon order. In these cases, processing may take slightly longer. The estimated processing time will always be stated on the product page.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information where available.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination:

United States: 7–12 business days

United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days

Australia & Canada: 7–14 business days

Asia: 5–10 business days

Rest of the world: 10–18 business days

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Incorrect Address
