At Hoomio, each piece is carefully selected and packed with care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at hoomio.co@gmail.com. All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If a return is approved due to personal preference (for example, change of mind or dissatisfaction), the customer is responsible for the full international return shipping cost.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The item

• The packaging

• The shipping label

Once verified, we will provide 100% compensation. This may include a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Important Return Conditions

Items damaged due to improper return packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
